At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to put a card on file. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service you were scheduled for. If this happens a 2nd time, you will be charged 75%, your 3rd scheduled appointment will be charged 100% and you will no longer be allowed to book. If you do not want to put a card on file you can always pre pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment time or book online with a 50 % deposit. There is currently no refunds on online deposits. If you need to cancel an appointment booked online, with at least 24hr notice, your deposit will be saved as store credit for a future appointment, without notice or no show, online deposit will be applied towards fee. At Glow Salon we require clients to confirm their appointment within 48 hours. This policy ensures that appointment times are secured and allows us to efficiently allocate our resources. Failure to confirm large appointments within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation on our behalf. We will make every effort to notify client of cancellations and assist in rescheduling. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our confirmation policy.
If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment time. We will get in touch with your service provider to make sure they can still perform the service booked. All clients who are more than 15 minutes late (10 mins for any esthetics services) will be rescheduled with a fee.*

If you need to reschedule a 24-hour notice is required.
A 10-minute grace period is given for late arrivals. At the 10-minute mark a 10.00 late fee will be added.
At 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled.
No shows will be charged 50% of service.
After 2 no shows you will not be retained as a client.
ALL FOREIGN FILLS must provide pictures and may require a full removal. Please notify us if you have lashes from a previous artist.
Must have 50% lashes to be considered a fill, less than 50% will be charged for a new set.
If a lash bath is needed a $10.00 fee applies.
Here at Glow Salon we strive to do our best and provide you with exceptional services, every time. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within five (5) days of your original appointment. Please call us personally, as soon as possible so your adjustment can be scheduled.
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the product to the salon within fourteen (14) days in its original & unused packaging with a 20% restocking fee. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been used/opened.
