If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment time. We will get in touch with your stylist to make sure they can still perform the service booked. All clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled with a fee.*

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to put a card on file. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service you were scheduled for. If this happens a 2nd time, you will be charged 75%, your 3rd scheduled appointment will be charged 100% and you will no longer be allowed to book. If you do not want to put a card on file you can always pre pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment time or book online with a 50 % deposit.
No exceptions.
If you need to reschedule a 48-hour notice is required.
A 10-minute grace period is given for late arrivals. At the 10-minute mark a 10.00 late fee will be added.
At 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled.
No shows will be charged 50% of service.
After 2 no shows you will not be retained as a client.
ALL FOREIGN FILLS must provide pictures and may require a full removal. Please notify us if you have lashes from a previous artist.
Must have 50% lashes to be considered a fill, less than 50% will be charged for a new set.
If a lash bath is needed a $10.00 fee applies.
